Orientation Student Coordinator
As one of two orientation student coordinators, I helped develop, plan, facilitate, and design content, workshops, events, and more for Student Orientation Undergraduate Leader (SOUL) recruitment, training, and team-building. I worked within a small team of 4 individuals for the majority of this experience. This team later grew to be five individuals overseeing approximately 24 SOULs during the orientation cycle.
To accommodate the review process within our team, as well as the need to brand items under Miami University branding guidelines, our team worked within Canva. This allowed easier collaboration while navigating various working hours. Designs within the carousel on this page are just a few designs I took the lead on throughout this position. Other designs not seen here include presentations for workshops that I worked with my fellow coordinator to plan and facilitate.
